Welcome!

I’m so glad you found your way here.

Building a life across cultures can be energizing. But when ADHD is part of the picture, even the things we love can sometimes feel overwhelming.

Hi, I’m Susan, an ADHD coach and international educator. I discovered my own ADHD later in life, and as a parent I've also navigated the journey alongside my child. I bring a down-to-earth blend of professional knowledge, lived experience, and cross-cultural understanding to my coaching.

American by birth, with deep roots in France, I’ve spent my adult life working, living, and raising a family across four continents. I’ve experienced firsthand the challenges and rewards of building a life between cultures—with ADHD along for the journey.

For more than 20 years, I’ve worked in international schools

across diverse settings. My personal experience with ADHD, combined with my years supporting children and families, has given me a deep understanding of how ADHD can shape identity, belonging, transitions, and everyday life, especially when you’re navigating change.

If you’re ready to better understand your ADHD, reconnect with your strengths, and build a life that works for you—wherever you are in the world—I’d love to support you!

ADHD and life across cultures

Building a life across cultures takes curiosity, flexibility, and courage—but when ADHD is along for the journey, transitions and daily demands can feel overwhelming.

Whether you’re navigating transition, raising children globally, or trying to create a life that works for your brain, ADHD coaching can help you understand your strengths, reduce overwhelm, and build momentum.

“Susan has been the best ADHD coach and a real friend. She has a rare ability to help you zero in on the root of whatever challenge you’re dealing with. Her compassion, empathy, and patience create a warm environment where I feel safe and heard.”

"Susan is an ADHD brain whisperer with a rare gift for making ADHD make sense, both for the person living with it and the people trying to support them.

Before working with her in 1:1 parent coaching sessions over ~ six months, I’d get stuck in an endless cycle of frustration and nagging over behaviors like procrastination, poor time management, lack of follow-through, or impulsive decisions, without understanding what was actually driving them. Susan helped me see the pattern underneath. That understanding gave me empathy for what was driving them, which empowered me to respond with patience instead of despair.

The impact was significant. My relationship with my loved one is genuinely better, and so is my own peace of mind.

If you’re struggling to understand or support someone with ADHD, I can’t recommend Susan highly enough."
