How I can help
Some days, ADHD makes everything so much harder
ADHD can affect far more than attention.
It can shape how you manage time, start tasks, organize your life, regulate emotions, make decisions, and move through change.
And when you're also building a life across cultures—adapting to new places, navigating different expectations, or constantly adjusting to change—those challenges can sometimes feel even more complicated.
ADHD coaching offers a space to understand what's getting in your way, work with the way your brain operates, and find approaches that fit your life.
Everyday challenges we'll explore in ADHD Coaching:
Overwhelm
When everything feels urgent, important, or simply too much, it can be difficult to know where to begin. Coaching can help you sort through the noise, identify what matters, and find a manageable way forward.
Procrastination
You know what needs to be done—but somehow you can't get yourself to do it. Together, we can explore what's behind the procrastination and find ways to make action feel more accessible.
Time management
Does time seem slippery? Are you frequently running late, underestimating how long things will take, or finding yourself racing against deadlines? Coaching can help you develop a more workable relationship with time.
Organization
Keeping track of belongings, information, appointments, responsibilities, and all the moving pieces of daily life can be exhausting. We can explore systems that support you without requiring you to become someone you're not.
Prioritizing
When everything feels important, deciding what comes first can be surprisingly difficult. Coaching can help you distinguish between what's urgent, what's important, and what can wait.
Task initiation
Sometimes the hardest part isn't doing the thing—it's starting. We can look at what makes getting started difficult and experiment with ways to reduce that initial friction.
Motivation
ADHD motivation doesn't always respond to importance or good intentions. Coaching can help you understand what engages your attention and explore ways to create the conditions that make action more likely.
Routines
You may create routines with the best intentions, only to find that they disappear after a few days. Rather than forcing yourself into rigid systems, we can explore flexible routines that work with your energy, environment, and changing circumstances.
Transitions
Starting a new job, changing schools, moving house, becoming a parent, relocating to another country—or simply moving from one thing to the next—can require enormous executive function. Coaching can help you navigate change with greater intention and less overwhelm.
Emotional regulation
Frustration, impatience, rejection sensitivity, intense emotions, and difficulty recovering after a difficult moment can all affect daily life with ADHD. Coaching can help you notice patterns, develop greater self-awareness, and respond rather than simply react.
Executive function
Planning, organizing, prioritizing, remembering, initiating, shifting between tasks, and following through all draw on executive function. Coaching can help you understand your individual strengths and challenges and develop approaches that support the way your brain works.

What we work on is up to you
ADHD doesn't look the same for everyone, and neither should ADHD coaching.
You might come to coaching because you're overwhelmed by everything on your plate.
You might want to stop procrastinating, get better at managing your time, create routines that actually last, or navigate a major transition. Or perhaps you simply know that the way you've been doing things isn't working anymore.
We start where you are
Together, we'll identify what's getting in your way, build awareness of your ADHD patterns, recognize what's already working, and experiment with approaches that feel realistic and sustainable.
The goal isn't to turn you into a perfectly organized machine. It's to help you understand yourself better, work with your ADHD, and move toward the life you want to create.
