My Approach
Individuals with ADHD often get stuck in a loop.
When we find ourselves stuck in tasks that don’t align with our strengths, motivation, or sense of purpose, it’s easy to get pulled into a familiar — and exhausting — cycle:
If we don’t fully understand how ADHD affects us, we'll miss the signals our brain and body send.
So we push harder—until effort turns into frustration, then shame. That shame erodes our confidence, making us believe we are the problem. And the next time things get tough, the pattern repeats.
A cycle of trying harder, feeling worse, and losing trust in ourselves.
Real change for people with ADHD starts with stopping the ever-churning cycle. Experts in the field of ADHD and Executive Function agree:
building understanding and skills is the key to a productive life with ADHD.
That's why my work is grounded in four phases.
Together, we'll work from awareness to action:
Awareness
What is ADHD?
What is your unique ADHD profile?
Understanding
How ADHD impacts your relationships, behaviors, and habits
Intention
Aligning your values, interests, needs and sense of purpose
Action
Tangible steps make meaningful progress towards you goals
Throughout each phase, we'll build the key ingredients that make lasting change possible:
Empathy
Kindness and self-compassion
create safety and openness to change
Environment
Effective systems, support, and intentional environments are essential scaffolds for ADHD
Awareness
Notice and pay attention to how your ADHD uniquely shapes your brain and your experience
Embracing Neurodiversity
Society thrives on cognitive diversity. The world is better when your skills are fully realized and shared
Focus on Strengths
Create momentumby leveraging our strengths, not focusing on our struggles
Purpose
Everyone has a unique “why.” Let’s uncover yours so you can fully step into your purpose
Once the stage is set, you'll reconnect with your strengths and build lasting momentum.
